We have just returned from an awesome time of ministry in New York and Pennsylvania. --
February 8-10 saw us leading a new type marriage seminar in Mansfield, Pennsylvania. The Lord showed us that no longer would we do the "he said" vs. "she said"-type marriage enrichments.
This time we dealt with: 1. Covenant, 2. how Covenant relates to the marriage, 3. What the Word says about marriage, 4. How to "hear the voice of God" and begin to listen to the Holy Spirit as the Counselor whom Jesus left behind. What a spirit-lead marriage should look like and 5. how to allow the Holy Spirit to lead, guide, counsel and direct the marriage.
At the end, all couples rededicated themselves one to another and both to our Lord Jesus. -- Also, we discovered that three couples were either in the process of separation and/or divorce -- But by the end of the seminar, each couple had recommitted themselves to a new and better marriage, with Christ in the center. All praise to the Lord.
Sunday February 11th saw Ron preaching at the church where the seminar had been held and Tonia drove 45 miles to Westfield and preach there (we were to teach in the Bible School and minister in westfield during the forthcoming week).
During the week of February 14-17, Ron taught on "Grace, God's Ability" at Valley Christian Adademy; ministered at "River on the Hill (a church being planted in the Amish community near Addison, New York); and preached at Valley Christian Church Sunday, February 18th.
Most of the free-time each day was spent either counseling or ministering to the needs of the local people.
we are so very greatful for all the prayer-covering we received -- Truly it was felt and truly it was a great blessing.

Tonia begins a ten-week study of "God's Design for Women" at Lighthouse Christian Fellowship in Azle -- This will be an interdenominational gathering for all the women in the Azle area. Back to main page
